Transformation Tuesday

Some mornings I wake up and look in the mirror and smile. I remember where I used to be, how pitiful I felt and how depressed I was. What was my problem? The past... it haunted me and many times I didn’t know what to do to feel better. I tried smoking weed, drinking, being social but it didn’t work. Many people suggested that I just move on. I wanted to so badly, but how? How do I just move on and let it go?

Let me tell you, it’s been a battle. What I learned is that the more Wins you have the easier the battles are, until you aren't negatively impacted by it anymore. I’ve learned techniques to help me cope in challenging times and I constantly feed my mindset thoughts of Victory. Let’s be real -if you are reading this ~You are Victorious in this moment!!
